Delivery
I’m from the UK / Norway. Do you ship there?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the European Union. Please check our retailers list to see if there is a local stockist near you.
Do you also ship to the United States?
Please visit the US TAION website for orders within the United States.
Why isn’t delivery free?
As a growing ecommerce business, we are unfortunately not yet able to absorb shipping costs on all orders. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I cancel or modify it before it is shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

Product
I made a hole in my jacket. What should I do?
TAION does not currently offer a repair service. For small holes, we recommend using a lightweight nylon repair patch or fabric repair tape designed for down jackets and technical outerwear. Avoid using glue or ironing products directly on the fabric, as they may cause additional damage. For larger repairs, we recommend consulting a professional clothing repair service.
What type of feathers are used inside the products?
TAION products use duck down and feathers. All feathers used in production are sourced as by-products from the food industry. The birds are not raised or slaughtered specifically for feather production.
What is the difference between the Military line, the Basic line, and other collections?
All lines have a different feel and purpose. Although some designs may appear similar, each line uses different fabrics, fits, sizing, and finishing details. As a result, the feel and overall silhouette of the garments can vary significantly between collections.
How should I wash TAION products?
We recommend carefully following our down care guide before cleaning your item, as well as the care instructions indicated on the label inside your garment. Please see our care instructions here: TAION Down Care Guide

Return & Exchange
I bought my item at a retailer, but they refuse to refund me. Can you help?
Unfortunately, purchases made through retailers must be handled directly with the store where the item was purchased. Please contact the retailer regarding their return and refund policy.
I can see my return has arrived. Where is my refund?
Once your return arrives at our return center, please allow us some time to inspect and process it. Refunds are issued as quickly as possible, but depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.
I would like to make a return. What should I do?
Please contact us by email with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and a return shipping label shortly.
I don’t want to use your return label.
No problem. You may return the package using your preferred shipping method. Please use the return address provided with the return instructions. Kindly note that the return center only accepts deliveries between 10:00 and 12:00, so please inform your courier accordingly.
I would like to exchange an item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired size or product through our website.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has arrived at our return center, please allow us some time to process and inspect it. Refunds are issued as quickly as possible. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.
In-store purchases|How do I return or exchange an item?
For purchases made through a retailer, please contact the store directly. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items not purchased through our official online store.
What is your online return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return an item. Once your request has been approved, the item must be returned within the following 14 days. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at info@taion-wear.eu. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
