Refund Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.
Once your return request is approved, you must send the item back within 14 days of your notification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note that if you use this prepaid return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions
Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
