At Taion Europe, operated by Kowa Europe GmbH – Paris Branch, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across France and the European Union.
1. Shipping Methods

France: Orders are shipped via Colissimo.

European Union (outside France): Orders are shipped via UPS.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your shipment online.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Times

France: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the total weight of your order.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods; details will be displayed on our website when applicable.
Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link provided by UPS or Colissimo.
You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@taion-wear.eu.
We will coordinate with the carrier (Colissimo or UPS) to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
*Please note that our response time for contact inquiries is up to 3 days.
7. Shipping Area
Taion currently ships to France and European Union countries only.
For shipping requests outside the EU, please contact us directly before placing your order.
